We work to eliminate barriers generating inclusion and equity. We believe that the company that understands our purpose , is composed of people who make a personal commitment to work for and with other people who are or have been harmed by interpersonal biases and systemic forms of oppression.

It is important to say that, at Azeitona, we recognize our privileges and we are open to contribute, by applying free of charge or discounted prices, to the growth of black owned production companies .

We were born from a dream and the Azeitona’s network is united by purpose. To be with production companies founded by black entrepreneurs on this growth journey is an affirmation of our commitment to the urgent historical reparation that all white people must commit to.

How we do It

Expanding awareness by allowing people to understand their privilege and recognize unconscious bias.
Inclusive Leadership, enabling people to understand key concepts of Diversity and Inclusion, developing inclusion competencies, caring for themselves and others, and going into action with courage.
Creating Inclusive Spaces, with clear expectations alignment, commitments, and well-defined communication processes.
